Hello,

I am looking to exchange my Dubai Driving Licence for a UK Driving Licence. One of the requirements from the DVLA in the UK is that I obtain a *To Whom it may concern letter- Driver licence Data Verification Letter* through the MOI UAE APP. I have found the necessary location to obtain the letter under services on the app but when I enter the required details I am getting the following error message- *Alert! Sorry,, An error occurred while retrieving your data*. I would be very grateful if anyone has come across this issue and how to overcome this? This is my second day trying and I am still getting the same error and not able to get past this to get the Driver licence Data Verification Letter. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
