, it is apparent that 99.995 are not there for a career. They use the job as a means of cheap travel to see the world.Put it this way, what career does cabin crew offer for future employment..none.
Most of them do a few years then go back to there country of origin having seen most of the world for free and spent alot of flight deck's wages getting drinks bought for them on stop-overs.
As you can imagine, offering excellent service and giving 100% is hardly top of their list considering they do not want career progression.
