Does anyone know where I can buy 400 e-dirhams?
Immigration has 4 machines - all are broken.
Ministry of Agriculture has one - broken.
Are there others?

It should also be available at branches of one of the authorised banks near a Ministry, e.g. the bank branch right outside the Immigration Dept.
