Default Dubai Car Insurance

Can anyone recommend a reliable (and cheap if possible) provider of car insurance? Are there any good brokers, or is it safest to go direct?

I checked the AXA website and it looks very very very very expensive. The other big company I checked was RSA which doesn't list Volkswagen in their quote engine (very strange!). I also found a comparison engine called InsureMe (http://www.insureme.ae). It looks okay and it told me Noor Takaful is the cheapest for me, but I know nothing about the provider... (approx 40% cheaper than AXA for similar cover)

My car is arriving in Dubai today or tomorrow, so I need to buy some insurance before I pick it up. Registration comes next, but I think I know how to do that

We use Arab Orient (Al Futtaim). The only reason was that the cars came with one year free insurance through these guys and we've never had any reason to change. Cheaper than Axa (at least when I last checked three years ago) and for a few minor bumps have always sorted things out quickly and easily
