Default Dubai: 2 bed to share anyone?

Hi,

just a quick mail to see if anyone is interested in sharing their 2 bed home? I am a 29 year old british guy.

I would be looking for a reasonable deal as I will only be using the apartment/villa for 25 days out of every 2 months due to work ( i work in angola on a fixed rotation and spend my time off in dubai).

Would be looking at around a years rental. I would also let the person use the room for guests etc when i am offshore.

reply on this thread or email me on
(snip) - personal email addresses not recomended

thanks

stu

will you have a residency visa for Dubai? you will need one to be able to rent a property. Try Dubizzle.com as well.

I expect he is looking for an informal arrangement without all the necessary documentation.

Correct.

I am an ex resident. ( althought i have a friend who runs his company out in dubai and he has siad he will help me out with residency at some stage again.

To be honest, i dont really need it as the most i will be in dubai at a time is 28 days. but i understand what you mean with regards to rental.

informal arrangement is what i need.

Somehow I don't think that is quite what he has in mind....

Isn't a 2 bed apartment with a child and a maid a little crowded? Especially since it looks like you are all living in one bedroom?

No...the maid and child are presumably in the second bedroom leaving the master bedroom unoccupied but AED7,000 sounds a bit much.

That's what I mean- maid, child and flat owner all in one bedroom- and it isn't even the biggest one. And you are right, 84,000Dhs a year for that is a bit steep.

Hi,

I am looking for a flat or room to rent in Dubai at the end of January, and I was keen to find out where your flat is or some details on costs, location ect.

I am a 25 year old British Lady who is currently travelling around New Zeland, but just secured a job in Dubai and started at the end of Jan.

Thanks
