yes...some nice stuff in there...
If you on the other hand have to watch the budget...Home Centre and Homes R Us have, among their mostely horrible stuff, some really unexpected good things...you just have to go in and try and block the surroundings and the way it is styled...
Plus getting sofa's and chairs re-upholstered here is relatively cheap, so if you find something each you like it's easy to get it covered in another fabric...
2XL has some nice stuff as well...for resonable prices.

Lots of furniture shops along SZR as well...

I recently bought a very nice bed and side tables there for a client...once put in his apartment, and styled totally differently it looked liked something much much more expensive...I love it when that is the outcome...
They had some totally funky barstools as well...the plastic ones you see in cool type bars...

I'm guessing that would be the Habitat on Finchley Rd??? That would be closest to Frognal, if I remember correctly.

LOL - no we shouldn't!! Apart from a very brief dalliance with eyeliner & bondage gear a la Marc Almond, I spent most of the mid-eighties doing the Mod revival thing & wearng sharp suits and winkle-pickered shoes from Shelleys..... I looked down my nose at GTI-driving, white sock wearing becks
