Hi
We might be coming out to Dubai for my husband's job and wondered how we go about arranging everything. We have 1 child who is aged 5 and the job will be based at Media City. Where would be the best place to live that would be close to a good school and near to the office?
I have read that you have to pay all your rent in advance is this true? Is it easy to buy in Dubai or do most people rent?
Thanks for all your help
Lisa

It all depends on what is in the Contract of your husband..... like is he going to have an allowance for accomodation or is it company accomodation?
Rents are paid quaterly (post dated cheque) and yearly.
Buying is better than renting seems at the moment!!
