The survey was conducted by DTCM..

You know my attitude to people trying to abuse the forum for commercial stuff (re greens thread).
And threads that take twists and turns, that should be accepted as for what a forum is.

Surely if people are coming on here asking for advice then if agents are present they should be able to at least respond, even if its with a pm, if the administrators thought it was blatant advertising it would be deleted as they have often done.

This isn't worth an arguement, but when someone says 'i'm so and so, if you want to rent property this is my number' then that is blatant advertising.

There is a big difference between that and advice
