Not at all, not at all. I am sure the Chinese will be more than interested in JA, Port Rashid and other infrastructures,they are logistically well placed and I'm sure they'll be dirt cheap in a little while. The quality of the housing is not a constraint for them and they don't suffer sticky hot weather as much. H-W has trouble of its own, but I won't be surprised if they'd be placing a bet...

Of course, in the long run the place will be a huge petrol pump-cum-depot for all the cargoes moving towards the atlantic routes, but WTF? There shouldn't had been anything at all, but desert and pearl diving!
