Any one used currency UK services:

I was referred to it by a friend who said they provide a good exchange rate. I guess my first question is it safe? any one in KSA used them before to transfer fund?
I know banks here rip off their customers by a poor exchange rate. The idea is to send USD to currencyuk and they do the exchange then transfer the money to its final destination.
