Confused please help me about employment in Dubai

Confused please help me about employment in Dubai
I just finished my MSc in Finance and Econometrics from Queen Mary- University of London, am not a British citizen. I applied for Associate Chartered Accountant training position in Dubai. I got a reply from Mazars (a French professional services firm, in top 10-15 accounting firms), I had an interview with Mazars MD for Middle East on Saturday. He offered me a position as junior auditor. I don’t know the package yet as my university career service advised me not to ask employer about wage in first interview. On Saturday Mazars MD told me I will have an offer in 2 days so Monday. Now some of my friends advised me to take up training job in UK and then go to Dubai or Abu Debi. Am confused with comments on board about pay and etc? Can some give me a good piece of advice. Thanks in advance will really appreciate. Joining date is 15th of Sep-2008
