Default Compound in Riyadh - 2 Bedroom apartment wanted

Hi all,

I am relocating for 2 years to Riyadh beg of March 2013. My family will join me end of Aug 2013. The first months I will stay in a hotel, but want to start looking for a 2 bedroom apartment right now. I made some research and considering my housing allowance of 127k SAR per year, I am considering compounds like Kingdom or Eid.
In case there is anybody how is leaving Riyadh in the next 5-6 month and is in one of the compounds I mentioned or in a compound that is in a similar price range, I would be happy if you can contact me.
Thanks and best regards, Andy

There was a sales guy on here earlier today touting the new Al Bustan compound that looks quite nice. Fell foul of BE forum rules so I think he's been deleted by a moderator.

...he tried the old 'I'm looking for a compound place and this one looks really good and great prices - here's the phone number I used' angle which didn't need Sara Lund and her knitted jumpers to work out his intentions.

Do a search. Loads of villas and apartments coming on line end April. Expensive though but no waiting list bollox to endure. e.g. 2 beds are 180k.

It might be better to wait until you are there though I am sure some people here can give you leads. (Genuine recoomendations I hope and not a sales pitch !)
