Which means filling out 34 forms, and taking each one to a different office, queueing for 4 hours each time, then being sent to Al Ain to stroke a cow called Norris, then you will be told that you can have your caller ID switched on. In September. 2012.

Dial 101 or 102,whichever one that has the English speaking feature, and look for subscription to "Star" services...And continue onwards, picking the appropriate service...

Yes, in Springs, so yes, it should be DIC - thanks. Been a very long day and I am still on my work email ... time to switch off and get a beer in the chippy I think!

We're in the Springs and our caller ID has always worked automatically - we didn't have to ask for it to be switched on. I just assumed it was standard.
