In other words call 101, speak to customer service and it will be activated straight away.

Dial 101 or 102,whichever one that has the English speaking feature,and look for subscription to "Star" services...And continue onwards,picking the appropriate service...

Yes, in Springs, so yes, it should be DIC - thanks. Been a very long day and I am still on my work email ... time to switch off and get a beer in the chippy I think!

We're in the Springs and our caller ID has always worked automatically - we didn't have to ask for it to be switched on. I just assumed it was standard.

Ours doesn't work.


But we don't have a display on our phone, so that might be something to do with it.

Is it not easier to answer phone and ask who is calling? That normally works for us.
