Default Boring Furniture Question

I need to furnish a one bedroom apartment with some inexpensive basic furniture. I've heard there are some places that do starter packs - fridge, bed, dining suite etc. Does anyone know of any? Thanks.

have a look on Dubizzle classifieds. You'll occasionally find someone flogging their entire flat/house worth of furniture for around 10k AED... if you're not fussed about second hand, that'd be the way to do it.

Ikea isn't all that cheap over here.

Excellent idea, thanks for that. It's for a single guy and I don't think he'll be too fussy.

Why are you setting up a single guy in an apartment...or shouldn't we ask!

I would like to say it was George Clooney as a gift to the women of BE, but unfortunately it's just my husband's employee.

Look on the bulletin boards at Spinneys or Chothrams for leaving sale bargains
