Travel insurance from any reputable broker that covers the duration of her visit that specifically covers KSA or anywhere else she will be travelling. Unless she is a resident she will only have travel insurance options available - there are many and a good broker will be able to guide you towards the right one - you won't pay extra for using an insurance broker for these things.
