Hi, can anyone give me any guidance as to likely timescales to get a work permit in Bahrain, I have just been told by the banks HR normal timescale is 6 weeks. Does this seem realistic? Any good stories on it being quicker? Go on humour me!

Took about 3 weeks to obtain my NCO which allows you to enter the country. Had everything else finished up withen a week when when I got here. There have been some changes in the process)changes in agency handling the paperwork that apparently is causing delays with NCO. Also we are moving into Ramadan next week which could slow things down.
