Default Areas to avoid in Doha

Hello Qatar residents

with the visas issued and gearing up for the move I would like to know which areas are good and which are to be avoided in Doha. The HR advised their accomoddation are scattered in different places in Doha. If I was given the choice, I need to know which areas to avoid.
Another factors are the schools. Although it is not fully confirmed but the school most likely will be in Al -Waab area. I need something not far from there.

Thanks

EW: I would suggest to avoid Doha and ME in general. I don't think that your indecision and srupulosity will let you stay here for long.
On the other hand - seems to be fun to read about your adventures: "EastWest in Middle East".
