Hello, how long it took in your case to receive the call from HR after your interview? Did they change the status in portal first and then contacted you later? what is the current status looks like? Lastly did they mention any potential start date for your role (or time duration like 2 or 3 months for onboarding)?

Hello mate.
How did your second interview go. Was it again a technical type or what. They have arranged second interview for me with their director.
I am not sure why director will be interviewing me for a non management position and what will they ask after all.

Even technical questions answer in a way that shows your behavioural skills... you are answering to a technical person, but others are watching each and every movement you make.
Director might be the one you will be reporting to... so he needs to see how you behave to tricky questions...

Technical problem-solving... don't overprepare... just be honest... know your stuff...

Initially. they were being painful but once I arranged a meeting between the HR rep and the organisation I work for, the salary negotiations went well. They were told by the 'organisation' that my personal info will not be released beyond UK borders so they never got them in the end. Also, before I was allowed to speak with anyone from Aramco, I performed a background check on them first to verify them before proceeding with any conversation.
They had no choice but to give me what I wanted as I was already on an extremely high salary and I was in a very fortunate position as they were quite eager to get me to join due to my specialist skillsets. They came back within a few hours of me doing the final interview that I've passed and that they would like me to join as soon as possible. The first offer they made which was NET + 20%, I said that's not good enough for me to leave this country and work for you guys. We had 6 intense rounds of negotiations if I recall correctly and let's put it this way, I would have to be a CEO of a major american company to earn this kind of money plus it's tax free.
The biggest challenge I'm having now is that they seem to have different individuals for each stage of the process where they require more paperwork so it means I have to through this method of verification shall we call it to show them why such information will not be made available to a foreign entity.
I'm very close to calling it quits if I'm honest with the amount and the type of paperwork they're requesting. I've actually had arguments with them on how ridiculous they're being but they bounce back like robots and say the same message.
Their recruitment process is not for the faint of hearts. It's a pain in the rear.
