Well i think I will have to go with off plan in JVS. Or hey I suppose I could just give up on the idea and just spend the money on holidays to dubai a few times and up with nothing:curse:

The Greens blocks generally have a couple of barbecue areas near to the pool in the quadrangle. Much nicer place to have a barbecue, bit more space. Cannot see why anyone would want to do it on their balcony instead.
