Hi there... newbie here...

I have recently secured a job in Doha and have been informed that i will be living in a compound called Ain Khalid Gate.

I have read a couple of reports saying that it is really noisy, kids everywhere, dog poo all over....

Are these comments all over exaggerated or true?

Has anyone got any experience of AKG???

I lived in AKG for over a year. Good facilities, swimming pools, tennis courts etc. a fair few kids there but the management did have a crack down on noise. Same with dogs.
It's a bit out of the way but handy for Villagio.
