Hi

Me again with another question......

My partner has been offered a job in Abu Dhabi, we have a dog and a cat and are looking into taking them with us. My big concern is that the heat will be too much for them. Has anybody taken pets with them and if so how are they coping?

My cat loves it here .... she would not be able to face the harsh winters in the UK now! In the height of the summer she just stays indoors a bit more.

Thanks, I have a feeling the cats going to love it, she spends all day sleeping in the warmest place of our house. I guess with the dog we will just have to be sensible when we walk him! :-)

Seven Seas is right, they get used to it very quickly. It is just important not to leave them outside for long periods in the summer and give them plenty of water.
