I'm looking for a 2 bed rental for 6 months (until my family join me in Sept), can anyone recommend either a website, company or building that offers decent quality accommodation for around 15,000/ month (or less) on half yearly contracts

You'll struggle I think, especially with potential fees involved. Why not get an aparthotel until you find your feet? Places like the Gloria do deals, and it's on the Metro.
