Default 40 per cent off on tickets to the UK from British Airways

FYI for all you brits in dubai and general travellers to the UK too.

British Airways has announced a forty per cent discount on World Traveller tickets purchased either online, through your local travel agent or the British Airways Travel Shop from the UAE to London Heathrow, Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester and Newcastle.

The special offer takes place from January 12 to 20 and will allow customers to plan their World Traveller flights to the United Kingdom anytime between January 12 and June 15, 2005.

Commenting on the special offer, Deborah Frampton, British Airways' Manager for the UAE said, 'This offer is part of British Airways' continuous effort to provide excellent travel opportunities to our customers and an opportunity to enjoy our superior service.'

With twenty six flights from the UAE to London per week, the World Traveller cabin offers a host of comforts and services that range from personal video screens, with up to 12 channels of continuous entertainment, to dedicated children and family channels offering the latest programmes and blockbuster films and videos.

All flights to and from the Middle East offer special services for Arab customers, which include an Arabic speaking cabin crew, halal food, Arabic videos and newspapers.

And then the summer holidays will come and they will rip us off for arse paper Stuff Deborah Frampton and her offer, if she really wants to influence the expat community give us 40% off flights through July and August when her planes will be full to the gunnels and she will not be having to beg for customers.....she will probably be sunning it somewhere exotic on a cheap flight herself.

Thanks s I feel much better now
