In terms of where to live, we've just moved from the centre of the island, after 9 years, to Al Zeina, Al Raha beach.

Cannot overstate enough how much we love it. And now 3 of our neighbours are looking to join us.

Yes, behind the complex is a building site BUT once you are in, you feel like you are in a european holiday resort. Yes, there are planes that fly overhead ( 3 x 1 hour a day, it seems) but a A and B Block are far enough away to reduce it drastically, we are closer but (honestly) i nnow don't notice them.

The other two complexes don't get the noise at all. There are restaurants and gyms, proximity to work and yas mall, which is a great.

The beach lifestyle is simply great and we regret not moving sooner.
