Oh yes we know it well our friends that work for Disney Bought a new build there and love it , I spoke to quite a few business and looked for something to buy in our price range but the prices shot up so much and with relocating and selling here I want to take smaller steps until we are settled down south , but it's getting a cool younger hipster vibe going sounds like you making all the right moves mate

Jacksonville is a Southern city, not a Florida city - in other words it is more like Atlanta and Charlotte (Jacksonville is a very similar size to Charlotte), than cities in central and southern Florida, where Florida becomes a mashup of South New York and a Latin American country.
