Recruitment salary Dubai
Hi all,
I am a legal headhunter with 3 years experience in London and a decent track record.
I wondered if anyone could kindly shed some light on what my basic salary expectations should be coupled with any advice re housing allowance, healthcare and relocation expectations?
Any tips or insight would be so appreciated!
Cheers!

3years - what level are you Consultant? Trainee? Senior?
I came out as Senior sort of level, got 18,*** (can't remember exactly) all in + commish + medical + bit of help relocation + temporary accomm.
I'd suggest anything around 15-18,000 is what you could expect in a mainstream agency.
Come out for Odgers/Heidrick types - no idea, maybe more as a researcher etc.
Big names - Randstad/Hays etc pay very differently, Hays a bad payers, Randstad are alright.
BTW - I'm speaking from a construction recruitment perspective - legal stuff might be completely different in a smaller / boutique set up - you might get paid very well but I've no idea to be honest.

Re: Recruitment salary Dubai
Hi,
Consultant/senior consultant level.
I am interviewing with high end legal search firms so expect it would be a pretty decent package but just want to make sure I am negotiating the right amount and what I can expect in addition to base.
You're a star, thanks for the advice- appreciated
