Looking for an opening
Hi all,
I am 26 and looking for work in as an assistant quantity surveyor. I have already got a degree in estate management and in my last few months of my Quantity Surveying Degree.
I have been considering a move to the middle east for a while and when i was made redundant from my job I was on the verge of going, but decided to see out the rest of my degree before going.
Since then the world recession has taken hold, the feedback from the agencies have been less optimistic, indicating the slow down over there.
Does anyone work in the construction industry who knows of companies taking on assistants?
Any help and advice would be welcome, thanks.

Try looking again in at least two years by which time the region will have recovered...or so my sources tell me.
