Hi. For Etihad Rail talk to DB Schenker at Toton depot - they're the Etihad Rail operator and have lads over from the UK at the minute. I dunno if even they have been given a figure yet but it will have to be better than UK money to tempt them across. For Serco Middle East you could try their HR at Rashidiya in Dubai or in Riyadh. They still need drivers for Saudi but knowing Serco they might be talking ruppees not pounds. Good luck.
