Is it wise to take Wedding video?
I have my Interview at Newark, NJ office. Though I have 50-60 pics of wedding, I am thinking of taking wedding video(VHS). Do they allow that in the building?

I think the photos would be sufficient. Not sure if the DAO would even have the equipment on hand to play your tape, unless of course you're going to take your own TV and VCR...
As for taking 50-60 pictures - good grief! I took about 10 total, 3 or 4 of the wedding and some vaccation shots and some at home. The DAO didn't look at any of them...
Cheers,
Steve.

If you want, transfer it to DVD. However, I think that is overkill.

No they will not want or play your wedding video. Nor do they need your entire photo album. Pick a few that shows you and the wife and some of the family and bring only those. Make a color photocopy of the one of the two of you to leave with the DAO for your file.
Please stop making this so trama filled. It is completely unnecessary.

In my neck of the woods, DVDs don't work. They don't want to make them
part of the file, and they don't have the equipment to watch them. They
say don't even bring them; instead if all you have is a DVD, bring some
screen captured photos from it instead.
