where to file I-131
I am Dutch and living with my american gf in London.
If we get married in the UK, what is the best way to get my paperwork done to move to the US?
I cant file I-130 in London since she is not a resident here, should we file it in the US?
But does she have to live in the US to file I-130 there?

Ian, I was planning to do DCF but since this January DCF is not possible anymore.
