Sureyya,

I don't have an answer (I'm still waiting for my NOA2) but I hope that you won't mind me asking a couple of questions.

1. When Islamabad sends packet 3, do they give an interview date or do they give the date after you've returned the forms?

2. Could you have a look at thus thread and tell us if its up-to-date i.e. has Islamabad added something more to it or not? I'm asking 'cause I've heard someone say that they also require DS-230.

I hope someone gives you an answer soon.
All the best,

Hi Sureyya,

The only thing I can tell you is that interview is different for everyone. Just get yourself ready, extra proof of relationship wont hurt at all and have with you all the required documents. Which visa are you applying for K1 or K3?

My husband for K3 interview las June and he said the questions were really simple. (less than what we expected). They asked him when and how we met, when got married (pictures) and few others questions about the affidavit of support and my dad job(co-sponsor). Thats it. They gave the visa the same day. Only thing is be really prepare to wait the whole day there. His interview was i think around almost 5pm or so.

Best of luck!!

regards,

Lizzie
