What is the best way to get my fiance' from Canada to the USA

I am trying to get all the information I can on this because I want to do this the
right way and not screw it up.. My fiance' is in Canada w/children and I have moved
closer to her on the state side but now I need to get paperwork started so we can get
married and on with our lives. I really could use people's input about how to go
