IT IS SO CRUEL to post your time line here as too many people are waiting whose petitions are not even gonna be processed any time soon and we do not have any idea on when it will end.

Wow! 7 business day for the approval??? Mine took more than 4 month with same VSC

Expect to get it in the mail in 5-6 days after the appoval.

Can you let us know when you status will change to "you petition was cabled...". Mine still says just about the approval and that it was mailed to me and I am starting to worry...

As I read things, my understanding is that it is not so much a matter
of proving your relationship at the I-129F point as much as it is
proving that you have physically met in the last 2 years. Anyway, we
sent emails (1 each from either of us from June to January), letters
(copies of the envelopes and one letter from each of us), copies of
plane tickets and passport pages showing our entries into each other's
country and a picture of us together. We had tons of evidence, but
just picked some that we thought were good, hell my phone bills alone
for the past few months would convince anyone that I had a
relationship with someone out of the US...

Im really happy to see these short timelines, but I dont think tis fair that a fiance can come ehre in 20 days and my HUSBAND and I have to wiat for MSC for aboutt 150 days as projected.
we should do something about this

I didn't think that it was cruel at all. I have to wait for various
reasons to be with my fiance and I love reading the success stories.

dfcdfc,

I got the message "on 2/6/03 your approval was cabled/emailed/faxed to
the appropriate embassy" from INS status online today. Since you've
been approved i suspect they propably cabled your decision to the
embassy but somehow have not updated the database.

Congartulations on your approval and good luck with the rest of the K1
process.
