Me and my husband are in the AOS process..We've been married for almost 4
months..won't get interview for another year..In the meantime, I found out I am
pregnant ( I am 3 months pregnant) Things were good in the beggining, but I realize I
simply cannot livewith him (way too many cultural differences etc...)and we are
getting ready to seperate.. my dilema is...I want him to stay in the US so my baby
will have his father around and I need the financial support. I have no idea what to
do and can't afford a lawyer just yet as I have had complications with the pregnancy
and have been working part time.. my husband just returned from his country (on
advanced parole) and because of his Moroccan nationality is being held up with Social
Security for his ss card.

Any advice or info is greatly appreciated... it is hard enough admitting the marriage
has failed but I have a child to think of now. We are still on amicable terms and I
want him in the US to be part of our childs life.

What a mess....I should have listened and waited but I can't go back now...
