Getting closer on the answer as to how the medical appointment works. Angela finally hooked up with her sister and had her read the total package. The package they sent to her was different from the one they faxed me.

It seems that she can fax the first page of her passport, the 230, and her list. They will send her package 4 in 7-10 days.

Tried to call in the appointed hour (Tues from 3-4 and couldn't get through).
