Update!
I filed in November (end of) and had my work Authorisation card in the post today, with my awful mug shot and finger print.
(just out of curiousity, is this what i take to social security to get a number? or do i wait for my gc interview?)
all in all very quick response and time line... ! reading all the horror storys till three in the morning made me panic and stress out a lot more than i should have!
