Typo on NOA1 for I29F
Hi all,
I rec'd my NOA 1 from Chicago for my i-129F.
Somehow, they wrote the incorrect city name in my address. The ZIP
code is correct, but the city name they used isn't correct. I called
them and informed them of the typo and they said they would fix it.
(amazing to me that such a blatant error would go undetected)
Anyone else have this happen to them? How long did it take you to get
a new NOA form?
The rep I spoke to said that this wouldn't delay our processing at
all. Hope she was correct.
Any other with this experience....please share what happened to you.
As always, thanks in advance!
Joe

Re: Typo on NOA1 for I29F
Hi Joe, I had the same thing happen on my NOA1, but they actually spelled
my Fiance's name wrong! Not his last name - his first name William - Go
figure Anyway, I called them to correct it and received not another NOA1,
but a letter saying that it had been corrected. It only took about a week
to receive the letter. Wish they could process the petitions that fast!
Cheers,
Angela and William
