Default Two questions about I-485 process. Please help.

Hello,

I was wondering if you could please answer these two questions for me:

1) My wife had her Medical Examination when she was pregnant, and thus
they only administered one shot (don't remember which one). Should we
go back and get a new one this year in case we get her interview date
this year? Or should we wait until we hear about the interview to get
one? (but we probably won't get the results in time, right?)

2) Since we filed the Affidavit of Support, we've had a baby. Should
I have a new one notirized stating that our household size has
incrased?

I would really appreciate your help. Thank you.

I wouldn't. Vaccinations are not required when medically excused.
Unless they ask for a new medical exam (not likely), there isn't a point
in getting stuck.

Likewise, unless you are asked for a new affidavit of support, I
wouldn't bother. At the interview, you will be asked to go over your
I-485 and inform the officer of any changes. That is when the child
should be disclosed. Assuming you still meet the minimum income
guidelines for your household (including the child), you should be ok on
that issue.
