Hi Folks,

Just called the INS national customer service center and was told that
the new processing time for K1 cases at TSC is four months. I told
the rep that it says 60 to 90 days on the 1st NOA but she told me that
TSC has updated the processing time with them and hence I should wait
until after 4 months to contact them. Very disappointing.

I already contacted my congressman last week and I am expecting to
hear back from his aide. His aide promised to get back to me with any
available info about the delay at TSC. Still waiting to hear back
from her as well.

Innocent lives in stand still. What a torture!!!!!!!!!!

I think there are people around here that are over 4 months at this point. I contacted my Senator last week and his aide said it would be at least a couple of weeks before I heard back from them. I don't hold my breath for anyone to move on this any time soon. TSC sucks.

They suck big time. Unfortunately, they have us by the shorties. Either way, I have already started faxing people so... soon at least a few more people will know on what our vote depends on come 2004.
