Default Starting to get nervous

My fiance got his packet in the mail today from Vancouver. Knowing we have gotten this far, I am getting nervous. I know I shouldnt cause I have read how easy it is with Vancouver but I just can't help it. As it gets closer to that interview date I am gonna be even more nervous, worried & whatever else. LOL I try not to worry about things with this but I can't help that either. Dont mean to ramble here but I just wanted to post what I am feeling. I just can't wait for this to be over with then I can finally breath again. LOL I just can't believe how fast things are going now. Never thought this would get tot his stage.

God do I need a drink err wait... make that 9 or 10. LOL

Thumbs up Re: Starting to get nervous

Hi Peachester..
I think this whole darn process just make you a bag of nerves... I know with each and every part that we have gone through I tell myself this is great we are getting closer but the nerves are right there nagging what if something is wrong,, heaven what if I fail this part..!!!!
We finally received the RFE from Nebraska after 5 months of waiting.. and they want more evidence of jus meeting before the application went in in May.!!!! they are a mistery to me. why some one way at the beginning do go through the forms and see if anything extra is required then I will never know, and even though Ken sent letters and photos of us together, I wonder how the heck they thought we had them done if we hadnt met!!!!... I do beliveve the may have lost them!! well again I have sent everything I possible can off to him and it should all be back in with them by Tuesday.. so back to crossing my fingers....lol
Hang on in there you are almost there now...

Wow I can't believe you got an RFE for that. I only had 2 pics of me & my fiance to send, then I sent about 12 emails & around 6 phone bills & his bus tickets.

Sorry you got an RFE for that. That sucks.

Hi Peachster,

Nothing I can say to help probably but I just wanted to say I know what you
mean.

My interview's coming up in a week and a half (UK embassy) and somehow the
closer I get to D-day the more scary it is. I think it's because you know this
is the last obstacle to get over. Hang in there. You've had such a lot of
waiting and you're on the home run!

Take care

If I understand it correctly this is about obtaining a K-1?

Relax guys!!! There is not much to it. They already screened
you, and if you have nothing to hide, and filled everything
in according to your knowledge, it is a piece of cake. It
is, in my experience, not even an interview. They go through
your stuff, one or two questions, go for the medical and the
X-Ray, and that is it.

The real thing is coming when you are up for the Greencard
interview, but hey, by then everything and everyone has
settled down

Good Luck!

Hey, PEACHSTER...told ya it would be quick. Do you have an interview date yet? Christmas isn't all that far away. He'll be here and I'll be headed back to Shanghai for the New Year. So, happy holidays for both of us.

Mooey, I'm glad they finally got the RFE to you. I know you have been waiting to see what it was about. It's pretty hard to figure, though. I only sent 1 pic and photocopies of my boarding passes and visa pages in my pasport. No emails or phone records. We did, however, send separate letters of intent which talked about my visit. Hopefully your reply will go to the top of the pile and you'll get the approval soon.

As of Friday, GZ still doesn't acknowledge receipt of the approval and won't send out P3 to start the initial clearances until they do. Best guess is that it is in a pile in their notorious mail room. I'm a bit nervous because she moved after we filed the I-129F and her mail won't be forwarded. One more little snag.

Keep us posted...ok?
