Sending off everything I received in the Uk, everything was up to date and kept everything they gave me.

OK. You *might* receive an RFE for that, but you won't know until you get one. Some people are fine sending in just the vaccination record they received at the UK medical. Others get an RFE, and USCIS wants the US civil surgeon to sign off on it (I think the form they use is I-693...the doctor has them in his office, you don't need to fill it out yourself).

Just giving you a heads up, just in case.
