Default Second K-1 visa

I did a fiancée visa in 2001 for a woman from Russia. Immediately after she
got her green card stamp, she stopped sleeping with me, and we subsequently
divorced in July of 2002.

I now have met, and this time visited several times, a girl from Brazil.

I would like to do a fiancée visa for her. Is there a time limit between
such visas?

And, yes I know what most will now say! I just want to know if I can get
another fiancée visa after 4 years. Fiancée is not an issue!

And, I do remember a great web page with all the information and step by
step instructions for the K-1 and K-2 visa.
Anyone know if there is still such pages?

Thanx

tom

I did not mention it, but my X does have a good job as a computer
programmer.

She's welcome!

Hi Tom,

Having previously done a K-1 visa will not affect your current application. Just be sure to disclose everything honestly on all the forms. It shouldn't be any problem at all.

Best Wishes,
Rene
