RFE after AOS

RFE after AOS
We had our interview on Wednesday, all went well but we received an RFE today.
We took all our court paperwork that we had (originals) that I have used for the K1 and I submitted copied with the AOS and I gave the officer the originals in the interview. He did say he had to check the copies (he was a newer officer) so I had a feeling we would get an RFE. Anyway the arrest was in 2017 in Georgia, all charges were dropped against me and I was good but obviously it will always come up. So I need to get an original or certified copies of the final disposition with a raised stamp. Does anyone have experience with this?
I live in NYC, do I need to go to the courthouse in Georgia to get them or can you request/pay over the phone?
I will try and call them on Monday morning when I get a chance but I want to try and prepare as much as I can as we have a month to do this.

So just a quick update, I called the court house in Georgia today. They were so helpful and are sending out a copy with a raised stamp today. Let's hope it's what I need!

Wow really? I called them this morning and managed to do it all over the phone no problems. She is going to mail out the documents today. Maybe it depends on the county?

So we requested the documents yesterday and they have been mailed and we should receive within a week.
Just re-read the RFE and it says to hand deliver ON April 3rd, stupid question but does this mean I can't do it any earlier? I have to wait a whole month? Not sure if it's like another appointment, I thought it would be a case of drop and go. Also does my Husband have to (USC) have to come with me? We only have one shot to do this so I want to get it right.

Ok so an update on this in case it helps anyone. Due to COVID I had to mail in the RFE response which I did on March 24th. Didn't hear anything back, not even to say they have received it. I called a few times and spoke to Tier 2 who didn't have anymore information. Finally on July 7th my status updated to New card being produced then to Case approved!
