Questions on I-485 Part 3
I was arrested for Domestic Violence in the year of 2000. It was a disdemeanor charge. I went through an anger management class, and the case was dismissed. This was a very difficult time for me. I don't want to talk a lot about it. But I will like know how to reflect this on his I-485.
I am working on my I-485 now. On Part3. The form asking. Have you been arrested, cited..... for violating any law. I choose Yes. Then the form asking Have you been the beneficiary of a pardon, amnesty, rehabilition decree...? Should I say Yes or NO with information given above. I went through an anger management class. Is this can be called rehabilition decree? Your helps are greatly appreciated.
