I got my letter, my NOA for form I-751. It says my card has been extended
for another year, however my card runs out on Febuary 2003. I plan to go
visit my family in England. If before that I haven't had my interview, will
the NOA be good enough to take with me or do I have to go to the INS and ask
for another stamp on my passport. I would guess that it be in the computer
at the POE that my Green Card had been extended a year but I am not sure.
Secondly what will I expect at my interview, considering my wife and I are
divorced after 2.5 years. I don't think its going to be a major problem
but its not as easy process now that me and the girl i married and got a
visa through are no longer together.
I am engaged to someone else now, after my wife cheated on me and divorced
me, however should she come to the interview with me or not.
I just want to do everything right.
Thanks
