Question for taxes
Does anyone know what form I need to file for an individual tax ID for my
stepson. I have file for his EAD but I am afraid he will not get it until
too late to file.

Go to the IRS web site and search for ITIN.
EAD has nothing to do with it. Unless he's working without one...

You have until April 15 to file 1040 if that is what you mean.
You have until August to file with the automatic extension.
Does it take that long for EAD?
