Phoenix office: how long to cash checks?
Hello:
On October 3, I sent to the Phoenix BCIS office my wife's packet to
adjust status (I-485), for emplyment authorization (I-765), and for
travel authorization (I131). Today is October 23 and the office still
hasn't cashed the checks. The did receive the packet because the Post
Office sent to us the delivery confirmation. Does anyone have
experience with the Phoenix office? Does it normally take this long
just to cash the checks?
Thank you to all
Mark

I would allow at least four weeks. Don't forget that the banks will add
some delay, as well.
