Question about packet 3 INS form OF230
Question 12 on form OF230 in packet 3, asks name and address of your spouse. If we are not yet married (technically still single) do we write not applicable? Or do they mean the name of the intended spouse once we get married in the United States?

Re: Question about packet 3 INS form OF230
As I learned from the NG... and as I filled it out... the correct answer should be "NOT MARRIED" If you do put N/A there, it may imply you are hiding something because you are saying that the question does not apply in your situation. Since you are applying for K1, (by the sounds of it)... then that question applies very much to you and your situation. I'm sure there will be other posts regarding this, told in more logical ways...
