question about marrying outside US
I am a US citizen and my fiancee is a Japanese citizen currently in the US
on a studnet visa.
We want to get married this summer and my fiancee would like to get married
in Japan but need to be able to come back in September for school.
Is something like this possible? I know she could face trouble coming back
into the US on a student visa but I am wondering if there is any official
way of doing this. Is there a form I could file with INS that would allow us
to do this and for her to come back into the US?
